An old fashioned ice cream parlor set that I picked up at a yard sale and, as a matter of fact, I took home three car loads, including the trunk of my big ol' clunker and back seat full of sweet goodies from that for only $40.00 bucks!! Yep, you read it correctly 40 dollars.
Well, anyway this set had no table top or wooden seat tops but my ingenious hubby took some off some old end tables sitting in the garage and made them so I could put my mosaics on the table. I am making the seat cushions to this four piece set including three tall chairs.
Close up view. We let our children break the plates outside using thick plastic sealable bags and hammers. The plates were finds from yard sales.
I love this middle section and I adore all things romantic~
